Reconnect - print out a list of all current customers and call every one of them. Repeat, “I am concerned about you.” and ask how they are doing. Then listen.
Reassure – review an objective state-of-affairs and reminisce difficult times you both have survived. Reframe their situation to realize opportunity for themselves, too.
Reignite - remind them of benefits you delivered and results you attained for them. Reiterate, “I care!” and retell how you can assist them today and in the future when the time is right.
Your clients will remember you to refer others and remain your loyal customer.
